Medical Assistant – Clinical Excellence, Tech-Enabled Ops & Patient Experience
Location: Park City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Full-time, On-site) (Hours shift an hour earlier in the spring through the fall)
Preferred Residency: Wasatch Back (Park City, Heber, Midway, Kamas)

What You’ll Do
Patient Care & Therapies
- Perform IVs, phlebotomy, and assist with advanced treatments
- Prepare rooms, support providers, and ensure safe, smooth sessions
- Educate and reassure patients throughout their visit
Patient Communication & Follow-Up
- Handle portal messages, phone calls, and emails with accuracy and care
- Upload labs and document interactions same-day
- Support supplement and procedure coordination
Clinic Operations
- Track and restock supplies, lab kits, and supplements
- Support inventory and equipment readiness
- Flex between patient care and ops as needed
You’d Be a Great Fit If You…
- Are a Certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent)
- Are confident with IVs and phlebotomy—or excited to learn
- Are comfortable with EMRs and technology
- Take pride in details, follow-through, and patient experience
