Who You Are

You notice when things are running low before anyone else does. You walk into a supply room and immediately see what's off. You don't wait to be told there's a problem. You already fixed it.

You're organized in a way that's useful, not just tidy. You build systems that make sense to the people using them, you keep records that actually get used, and you take real ownership over the things in your domain. When a clinical team member needs a supply, they shouldn't have to wonder if it's there. Because of you, it always is.

You've probably worked in a healthcare, wellness, retail, or operations environment where the stakes of running out of something were real. You know that a missing supply isn't just an inconvenience. In a clinical setting, it can stop a procedure, frustrate a patient, and cost the business money. That reality sharpens your focus.

What you're tired of: being reactive, covering for disorganized systems, or working somewhere that doesn't value the people keeping operations running quietly in the background. You want a role with clear ownership, the authority to make it better, and a team that actually appreciates the work.

About bVital

bVital is a regenerative medicine and wellness practice in Park City, Utah. We offer IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, and clinically developed supplement programs that produce real, measurable results for our patients. We're a small, focused team that takes quality seriously across everything we do, including how we manage our supplies, our vendors, and our fulfillment. We treat our staff with the same care we extend to our patients: clear expectations, honest communication, and genuine investment in their success.

The Role

You will own everything that needs to be on the shelf, in the storeroom, or in a patient's hands. That means clinical supplies for procedures, supplements for the program, outbound patient orders, and the vendor relationships that keep all of it running. This is a hands-on, on-site role with real ownership and direct impact on daily clinical operations.

Inventory Planning and Forecasting

  • Track current inventory levels across supplement and clinical supply categories and maintain accurate records.
  • Forecast upcoming needs based on the procedure schedule and patient volume so supplies are always ready before they're needed.
  • Build and maintain par levels for all key items, triggering reorders before stock runs low.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to catch discrepancies early and keep records clean.
Clinical Supply Management

  • Work directly with Medical Assistants to ensure procedure rooms are stocked and ready at the start of each day.
  • Anticipate supply needs based on scheduled procedures (Brain Regeneration, Thrive, IV therapy, and other services).
  • Manage clinical consumables, IV supplies, apheresis materials, and all related inventory.
  • Flag shortages or sourcing issues to clinical and operations leadership with enough lead time to solve them.
Supplement Inventory and Fulfillment

  • Own supplement stock levels, coordinating with the Supplement Sales Specialist on patient demand and reorder patterns.
  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound patient supplement orders accurately and on time.
  • Manage fulfillment workflows so patients receive their orders without delays or errors.
  • Handle returns, replacements, and fulfillment exceptions with care.
Vendor and Purchasing

  • Manage relationships with supplement and clinical supply vendors, including purchase orders and delivery coordination.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms where possible, and flag sourcing alternatives when a vendor falls short.
  • Track purchasing activity and spending to keep procurement within budget.
  • Evaluate new suppliers and products as the clinic's needs evolve.
Who Thrives Here

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years in an inventory, supply chain, or operations role (healthcare, clinical, wellness, or high-SKU retail environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and the discipline to keep systems accurate, not just tidy
  • Comfortable working directly in a clinical or medical environment alongside care staff
  • Experience with purchase orders, vendor communication, and basic procurement processes
  • Detail-oriented enough to catch the discrepancy before it becomes a problem
Bonus points:

  • Background in a healthcare, clinical, or wellness setting
  • Experience with supplement or nutraceutical inventory
  • Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment workflows (pick, pack, ship)
You thrive here if...

  • You take pride in a well-run supply room the way other people take pride in a well-run sales floor. The work itself satisfies you.
  • You communicate proactively: you tell leadership about a shortage, a vendor issue, or a system gap before they have to ask.
  • You work well alongside clinical staff and understand that your job directly enables their ability to take care of patients.
This isn't for you if...

  • You need someone else to build the system before you can maintain it.
  • You're comfortable letting things slide until they become urgent.
  • On-site, physical, hands-on work isn't what you're looking for.
How You'll Be Measured

  1. Stock availability — zero procedure delays or cancellations due to missing supplies
  2. Supplement fulfillment accuracy and speed — patient orders shipped correctly and on time
  3. Inventory record accuracy — clean counts, no surprise shortages, audits that check out
  4. Vendor performance — purchase orders fulfilled on time, costs within budget
