We continue to grow our career-minded team!

Who You Are

You like order. Not in a rigid, process-for-process's-sake way, but because you know that when a clinic runs well, patients feel it. Staff feel it. The whole place has a different energy. And that's something you actually care about.

You've spent a few years in healthcare or wellness operations. You know how to manage a team that's juggling a lot, and you're good at it. You hold people accountable without making it personal. You build systems that outlast you. You don't need to be the loudest voice in the room to be the one keeping everything together.

What you're tired of: working for organizations where leadership is reactive, the mission is vague, or the culture says one thing and does another. You want to show up somewhere where the work actually matters, where patients are genuinely getting better, and where you have real authority to make decisions.

You're looking for a company that treats its team the way it treats its patients: with respect, clear communication, and a real investment in their growth. That's what we're building.

About bVital

bVital is a regenerative medicine and wellness practice in Park City, Utah. We offer IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, and advanced treatments that produce real, measurable results for patients who want more than conventional medicine offers. We're not a high-volume churn-and-burn clinic. We're a team of people who take this work seriously, care about outcomes, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We invest in our staff, communicate directly, and expect the same from the people we hire. If you want to lead a clinic that does meaningful work and treats people right, this is it.

The Role

The previous Practice Manager is moving on, and we need someone who can step in, learn the operation quickly, and own it completely. You will be responsible for everything that makes the Park City center run: the team, the schedule, the patient experience, and the operational metrics that drive it all.

You'll report directly to the COO and manage the Assistant Practice Manager, who oversees Medical Assistants, Front Office staff, and Shipping and Inventory staff.

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage the Assistant Practice Manager, and through them, the full clinical team.
  • Hold staff accountable to performance standards through consistent check-ins, coaching, and clear expectations.
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical and administrative employees.
  • Address performance issues quickly and fairly, building a culture where accountability and growth go hand in hand.
Clinical Operations

  • Own the daily schedule for Brain Regeneration and Thrive procedures, ensuring efficient use of clinical capacity.
  • Audit schedules, task completion, and staffing gaps so patient care has no breaks in the chain.
  • Ensure every patient journey, from check-in through follow-up, is smooth and consistently excellent.
Process and Performance

  • Track and enforce daily clinical metrics, turning data into decisions.
  • Roll out process improvements quickly and consistently across the team.
  • Report to the COO on KPIs, staffing, and patient outcomes, with clear-eyed analysis, not just status updates.
Operations and Growth

  • Manage staff timecards and time-off to keep operations fully covered.
  • Partner with leadership on integrating new services, retail, and digital wellness offerings into center operations.
  • Identify gaps before they become problems and fix them without needing to be asked.
Who Thrives Here

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years in a practice manager, clinic manager, or healthcare operations management role
  • Experience directly managing a multi-role team (clinical and administrative staff)
  • Strong working knowledge of scheduling, KPIs, and operational metrics in a clinical setting
  • Proven ability to hold staff accountable while keeping the team culture intact
  • You're in Park City or able to relocate (this is fully on-site, no exceptions)
Bonus points:

  • Background in regenerative medicine, IV therapy, or integrative wellness
  • Experience managing an assistant manager or building out a management layer
  • Familiarity with health tech or digital wellness tools
You thrive here if...

  • You are genuinely energized by running a tight, well-functioning operation. This is not a role you tolerate on the way to something else.
  • You can coach someone through a hard conversation and have them leave feeling clearer, not beaten down.
  • You see a gap in a system and fix it the same day you notice it.
This isn't for you if...

  • You need a lot of hand-holding or check-ins to stay on track.
  • You're more comfortable managing up than managing a team.
  • On-site, consistent, M-F leadership isn't what you're looking for right now.
How You'll Be Measured

  1. Patient experience quality — patient satisfaction and care continuity across the full journey
  2. Team performance against daily and weekly clinical KPIs — tracked and reported with consistency
  3. Staff retention and performance — low turnover, high accountability, clear development
  4. Operational efficiency — schedule utilization, zero gaps in coverage, clean handoffs between departments
Compensation and Details

  • Salary: $80,000-$95,000, depending on experience
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Location: Park City, UT, on-site (M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
  • Start: As soon as the right person is found
