Position Summary
The Patient Ambassador owns the nonclinical patient and caregiver experience throughout their time at bVital. This role provides personalized, white-glove support by welcoming patients, anticipating needs, answering appropriate nonclinical questions, helping patients navigate the clinic, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for.

About bVital
bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. We work with patients navigating TBI, Parkinson's, complex chronic illness, and serious neurological conditions. Many of our patients are dealing with challenges that affect their mobility, cognition, and stamina. They are not easy cases and they are not quick visits. They need a clinical environment that takes their full experience seriously, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. That is where this role lives.

Patient Welcome & Orientation
• Conduct Brain Camp pre-arrival calls to help patients and caregivers understand what to expect.
• Personally welcome and engage patients, spouses, caregivers, and support persons.
• Orient patients to the clinic and serve as an accessible resource for appropriate nonclinical questions.

Patient & Caregiver Support
• Proactively check in throughout the patient experience and identify questions, concerns, or unmet needs.
• Help patients navigate between appointments and services and support timely transitions.
• Keep patients and caregivers informed about delays, schedule changes, and what comes next.

Communication & Service Recovery
• Coordinate with Front Desk, clinical staff, and other departments when patients need assistance.
• Recognize patient-experience concerns early, assist with appropriate service recovery, and follow up when needed.
• Manage Patient Ambassador-related Zendesk tasks and help ensure patient needs do not fall through the cracks.
• Communicate urgent concerns promptly and follow established emergency procedures.

Patient Experience & Clinic Support
• Help maintain welcoming, organized patient-facing spaces.
• Assist other departments when appropriate and within role scope.
• Provide consistent, personalized, white-glove service throughout the patient and caregiver experience.

Qualifications
• Warm, approachable, and comfortable engaging with patients and caregivers.
• Strong listening and communication skills with high situational awareness.
• Proactive, observant, dependable, and able to follow through.
• Calm and solution-oriented during difficult or unfamiliar situations.
• Patient-facing, hospitality, caregiving, healthcare, or high-touch customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the clinic.
